The Jr. High football squad ended it's near-perfect season with a win over Refugio Thursday night. Cory Markham, Ritchie Mendoza, and Clint Issacs contributed touchdown runs to the effort. Other notable plays included the recovery of an on-side kick by Coleman Mengers and a key interception by Ricky Gutierrez.
The team's only loss came against Yorktown in a game that easily could have gone the other way. Congratulations on a fine season boys!
