Members of the Skidmore-Tynan Battling Bobcat Band will meet Monday July 25th, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the upcoming year. Topics include music, goals, strengths, weaknesses, and the 2005/06 calendar of events. Marching basics and practice on fundamentals will follow on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 26th and 27th, at 8:30 a.m. Official practice on the 2005/06 Marching Half Time Show will begin Monday, August 1st. This year's musical selections will include Guns and Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine," Donna Summers' "Hot Stuff," and "If" by Bread.
The S-T High School Band is comprised of students from 8th to 12th grades and is led by instructor Florencio Lara.
