In this month's edition, we welcome back contributors Jo Kreis and Steve Sugarek. Mrs Kreis writes of her recent heart attack and its effect on her outlook on life. Mr. Sugarek keeps it "light" with his story of "The Olmos Casino Heist" and and a heart-healthy recipe for "Unleaded Breakfast Tacos." Edwin Wallek Jr. penned a humorous essay on a few of the "Outrageous Moments" shared by his family over the years. The Signal also welcomes "Tech Talk" contributor J.D. Henshall whose column you will recognize from the Signal online.
