The Signal is more than a bit late in reporting the news, but congratulations also to S-T 8th grader Carisa Ariel Whitehurst who won Miss Congeniality and Miss Junior Diez y Seiz 2005-2006. This was Whitehurst's 4th year to participate in the Miss Diez y Seiz pageant.
