Congratulations to Skidmore-Tynan's Allison Porter who was recently named Miss Western Week 2009. Miss Porter earned the title at the Saturday, October 11 pageant at A.C. Jones High School Auditorium in Beeville. The annual event is sponsored by the Beeville Rotary Club. Congratulations also to Skidmore-Tynan's Courtney Leonard who was 1st runner up in the Miss Teen Western Week competition.
