Fuller Tractor Company Weekend Theft
On the weekend of October 6th or 7th, Fuller Tractor at 1905 W. Corpus Christi (Hwy 59) was the victim of a theft. Unknown persons entered onto the property and stole a Camouflage Bush Hog ATV, an air compressor, and a New Holland Zero Turn mower. The suspects entered the property off of FM 351 via the empty lot between the Dairy Queen truck parking area and the Church and loaded the items onto a truck or trailer. Someone may have seen some activity here but thought nothing of it.
Anyone with any knowledge of this theft is asked to please call the Crimestoppers Tip line at 362-0206 or Detective Reynolds at Beeville Police Dept. at 358-8100. A reward amount of $1000 has been set on this crime.
On July 30, 2007, Deputies were called to the Skidmore Football Field. Sometime between June 28 and July 30, 2007, unidentified suspect(s) gained entry into the press box at the football stadium. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole several pieces of electronic equipment. If anyone has any information, please call Bee County Crime Stoppers at 362-0206. All calls are anonymous. A reward will be paid following an arrest and indictment.
This is the kind of thing my father used to refer to as "a crying shame." 
Mrs. Annette Griffith informs the Signal that her business, Hen House Antiques, was broken into sometime Monday evening or Tuesday morning. The police believe the break-in was probably the work of teenagers as the only items stolen were Cokes from the freezer. In the course of their vandalism, the thieves damaged the front door of the of the business and broke the front display window.
