Bobcat Little League will hold it's "1st Annual Barbecue Cook-Off" on Saturday, March 27th at the Bee County Coliseum Fairgrounds. Admission is free - doors open to the public at 8:00 am Saturday. Cook-Off categories include brisket, chicken, pork spareribs, dessert pie, and beans. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place trophies will be awarded in each category along with an overall Grand Champion. Those wishing to compete in the Cook-Off may contact Edward or Wanda Wilson at 361-547-3112. The entry fee is $75.00 with proceeds benefiting the Bobcat Little League. The event is sanctioned by the IBCA (International Bar-B-Que Cookers Association).
