Bee County Sheriff Robert L "Bob" Horn is retiring December 31st, 2004 after 40 years in law enforcement. Bee County residents are honoring the sheriff at an "Appreciation Celebration" on his last day in office. The event will be held in the First Baptist Chuch Christian Activity Center gymnasium at 600 N. Jefferson in Beeville and is open to the public.
