S-T Well Represented at Annual Shrine Classic Football Game

It's time for the 12th Annual East-West Coastal Bend Shrine Classic High School All Star Football Game. The game will be played May 19th, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at Miller High School Buccaneer Stadium in Corpus Christi.

Representing Skidmore-Tynan on the playing field will be Quarterback/Kicker Garrett Vandever, Fullback/Inside Linebacker John Boscamp, Center/Defensive End Travis Berthold, Offensive Tackle/Defensive End Ben Mengers, and Defensive Tackle David Barrientes.

Skidmore-Tynan Athletics Director Adam Arroyo earned the honor of coaching the East team along with Taft's Pete Guajardo and the rest of the S-T and Taft coaching staffs.

There will be a "Meet the Players and Coaches Fish Fry" on Friday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m. at the Al Amin Center (exit 7 off Highway 37). Tickets are $6.00 for the fish fry and $5.00 for the All Star Game.
