The Skidmore-Tynan National Honor Society installed officers and inducted new members Thursday, February 7, at the S-TISD events center cafetorium. NHS Advisor Kathryn Head welcomed parents and students to the assembly. Officers for the 2007-08 school year are President Erica Hall, Vice President Alexis Schmidt, Treasurer Devon Wilder, Secretary Joshua Petrus, and Public Relations Historian Miranda Bohac.
Inductees included Simone Adkison, John Arrisola, Casey Cassidy, Jessica Cochran, Michael Coker, Kaitlyn Cortez, Trevor Dragon, Lilly Hernandez, Nicole Hesseltine, Stephanie Leal, Caleb Martin, Melanie Minter, Lyndsi Pace, Antoinette Ray, and Hollis Stubenthal.
S-TISD High School principal Patricia Holubec served as guest speaker for event, congratulating the inductees for their academic achievements.
