Your leadership voice is how you make a lasting impact.  What is a leadership voice?  The Chick-fil-A Leadership "about" page says  "Your actions mirror it.  Your attitude reflects it.  And it's so much more than what you say."  "Your leadership voice is how you inspire greatness and reinforce resolve.  It can strengthen a fragile dream, or dash a sliver of hope.  It alone can serve as the tipping point, reshaping one's character or redirection another's path.  Your voice is a voice of change, and change creates new possibilities.  That's why the purpose of Voices of Change is to help you demonstrate the power of change through positive leadership."

The Leadercast Conference is a live event happening in Atalanta, Georgia with different host sites all over the world.  The host sites are locations that allow access to the event for leaders from other areas by offering a live cast of the event.  It is extremely affordable, with internationally acclaimed speakers.  You will find below, a list of the Unique Voices and the speakers that will be representing each voice.
