D. L. Ramirez of Tynan, a professional cabinet builder, died February 6, 2006 a the age of 70.Mr. Ramirez is survived by four sons, Edward and Steven Perez, both of Tacoma, Washington, Marcos Ramirez of Port Angeles, Washington, and David Lee Ramirez of Skidmore; seven sisters, Alice Kaufman of Grapevine, Esvarda DeLeon of Sinton, Rosa Alaya of Houston, Lupe Jimenez of Corpus Christi, Sylvia Jimenez and Minnie Ramirez of Mathis, and Elda Muniz of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Valdemar, Daniel Jr. and David Ramirez, all of Mathis; and seven grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Feb. 8 at Dobie Funeral Home, Mathis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Feb. 9 at Templo Gethsemani Church, Mathis. Mr. Ramirez will be laid to rest in Waldheim Cemetery.
