The Skidmore-Tynan baseball season commenced Friday with a scrimmage against Mathis. While fans huddled in 50 degree (minus wind-chill) temperatures, the Bobcat baseball squad, led by coaches
Jason Gonzales and
Keith Morgan, geared up for the 2007 season and hopes for a chance at the playoffs. The Bobcats will hold a second scrimmage in Bishop February 15 in preparation for the February 22-24 Odem Tournament. The Cat's will face Three Rivers February 27 in their first District game.
