Head Start, the popular pre-school program for low income families, is coming to Skidmore in the 2004-05 school year. As only 31 children will be allowed into the program, parents are encouraged to sign up early. Applications are available at the S-T Elementary Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:45 am and 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Children 3 years of age as of September 1, 2004 are eligible.
