More than half of the students from the S-T HS class of 1955 attended their 50th class reunion. Of course, there were only 11 students in the graduating class that year. Even so, that's a pretty good turnout. The six classmates gathered in the Breakfast Room of the Best Western motel in Beeville on Saturday, May 28, 2005. After leaving the Best Western, the class adjourned to a local Dairy Queen for lunch and more reminiscing. Class members and their guests enjoyed dinner Saturday night in the Bird Room at Shorty’s Lodge before returning to the motel for more visiting and remembering the last 50 years.
