Pursuant to Section 551.071/551.074 TGC - of the Texas Government Code, the Board shall hear parent/student grievance and adminstration response to the same and discuss, including consultation with legal counsel, re: parent/student grievance.
Open Session:
Board shall take action re: parent/student grievance, as presented and discussed in closed session.
