Childrens Religious Education classes for the 2009-2010 year will begin in Immaculate Conception Parish on Sunday, September 6th immediately following the 9:00 a.m. Mass. Parents can stop by the breakfast room in the Religious Education building that morning, to fill out registration forms. Alternately, you can pick up registration forms in the parish office during regular hours, or get them from the parish's Director of Religious Education, Wanda Mortensen. The grade groupings and teachers for this year are as follows:
7th - 12th grade : Sylvia Olivares
3rd - 6th grade : Roxanna Zavala
Second Year First Communion Class : Reeys Falcon
First Year First Communion Class : Christine Soto
Pre-K and Kindergarden : Debbie Lopez
In addition, parent volunteers are needed to be an aide in each classroom. There will also be a sign-up sheet to provide breakfast items, snacks and/or drinks for the students each Sunday.
