Local members of the Texas Baptist Men disaster relief group, Jimmy Hudson and Bill Hartman left Wednesday to aid victims of hurricane Katrina. The two are joined in Orange Texas on the Louisiana border by TBM members from Corpus Christi, George West, and Alice. Pat Hartman reports that volunteers prepared 800 lunches today for distribution by the Red Cross and Salvation Army to refugees fleeing the devastated city of New Orleans. According to Mrs. Hartman, every relief unit in the church's fleet has been dispatched to the area.

Baptist Men Again Called Into Action
