Ladycat Basketball photos courtesy of Rob's Digital Photography..Congratulations to the Skidmore-Tynan Ladycats who defeated Orange Grove 47 - 37 in Tuesday night's varsity girls basketball game. The Ladycats are 2 - 0 for the season.
The Ladycats' top point scorer was Alexis Schmidt with 17 on the board. Emily Mengers and Courtney Vandever followed with 11 and 6 points respectively. Top rebounders were Alexis Schmidt (12), Emily Mengers (11) and Ashley Scott (6). Courtney Vandever led the team in assists (6) and steals (4).
The JV girls didn't fare as well Tuesday night, losing 23-55 to Orange Grove. Better luck next time girls!
