Wes Rix accepts a saddle from Lee Gernentz, President of the Texas High School Rodeo Association.
Wes Rix, son of Randy and Tressa Rix, recently won the Region VIII Tiedown Calf Roping Championship held in Kingsville, Texas. The win earns Wes a spot in the State Finals to be held in Abilene in June.
