Your Invited to Attend Animator 2010!

The Second Annual Texas Techies' Animator 2010 competition is a great opportunity for Corpus Christi children in grades K-12 to showcase their talents in technology.  Texas Techies Organization and Grande Communications are hosting the event Thursday, November 18th at 5:30pm in Corpus Christi.  The students have created an animation using the software Scratch, centered around the theme of "Time Travel."  The finalist were chosen on November 10th and will be showcasing their final submissions Thursday evening, at which time they will be judged and a winner will be chosen.

Texas Techies, located in Corpus Christi, is a technology education advocacy organization.  Their mission is to ensure that all children, especially those at risk of being left behind have the resources and the opportunities they need to grow up healthy and lead productive lives.  Liza Wisner, Founder and Director of Texas Techies, is currently a contestant on this season of the popular reality show The Apprentice, hosted and produced by Donald Trump.

4B Productions, your local web and graphic design business, would like to invite you to this free event.  There will be great door prizes and this is a wonderful opportunity to get our local students excited about technology.
